If you do, you also will remember the hundreds of hours of rigorous training and practices. You will remember the leaps, and the falls, as you and your fellow team members moved closer and closer to your goal of being the best!

For the past 10 years Beth Mason and her associates; Jim Haskins, Joe Epstein and Nick Iwanshyn have traveled the world to photograph Synchronized Skating events.

Beth Mason is a photographer and Synchronized Skating advocate whose mission is to raise awareness through photography, spending countless hours and resources to promote the sport for those who have never experienced it, and for those who already love it!

Jim Haskins is a renowned Virginia based sports photographer.
Joe Epstein is an award-winning sports and journalism photographer based in New Jersey and Toronto based
Nick Iwanshyn has photographed Regional, National and World Synchronized Skating competitions.

As a result of this striking live-action photography ASSTA has built up a treasury of competitive galleries. Each gallery depicts in vivid detail the individual and team efforts of world class athletes at their finest moments.

After years of on-the-ice and from-the-rafters perspectives, we are opening the ASSTA Gallery to skaters and family members to peruse and treasure.

Our motivation has always been to advance the sport as the legitimate Olympic level competition that anyone who has experienced the coordination and combination of color, music and athletic achievement knows it is. This motivation is what has driven this project of documenting the ultimate team sport of Synchronized Skating.

After each competition we fill our on-line gallery with hundreds of thrilling photographs stretching from the 2016 Eastern Regionals in Richmond, Virginia to the 2026 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The cataloging of the photos is an extensive project, so we open galleries in an incremental fashion. We endeavor to organize the competitions as best as we can, but for now, skate through our gallery and leave your email information so we can inform you as new galleries or additional photos as they become available.
